Exams is finally over.. after weekends of spending my days in school to catch up.. i can finally catch up on my sleep.. acca paper is really kind of different.. the questions were set in the way that they can test many areas in a question.. challenging.. mind taxing.. life taxed.. Anyway it's over.. shall await my results and will be registering for 2 modules for the december exams soon.. hopefully i will clear the paper..

It's gonna be my exams on Monday.. and it seems like I'm still unprepared for it.. didnt manage to cover all the questions.. been chionging the questions and still there are some areas I'm still not sure.. =( that is bad.. hopefully I can do well for the paper! Wish me luck pals!

Wat a day.. I was supposed to have my off-in-lieu today but I just had to cancel it coz of my uncleared pile of work.. I could have gone off at 1pm.. instead.. I left at 1am.. lol.. how ironical.. well.. it's the time of the year where I had to spend my days in school mugging from morning till late night.. next Monday will be my first and last paper.. taxation.. hmmm.. wonder how I can fare.. with the lack of practicing questions and the naps during lessons.. lol.. wish me luck!!

After a few weeks of OT grilling... I finally got to have my first revision in sch on Sat!! I'm getting a bit desperate for time to catch up with my studies.. too many things for me to cover.. met weijie in sch to study till evening b4 meeting my PJ for dinner and movie.. so sweet of her to get me presents.. but i'm gonna love the card more.. kinda touched with her sincere message in it... wish had more time to spend with her.. wonder when shall be the next time we'll get to meet..

Gonna turn a year older soon.. itz kinda scary how time passed so fast.. I'm gonna be in my mid-twenties!! how sad my bday falls on a Wed.. by the time I end work it will be very late to even meet my frens for a gd finner.. well.. no choice.. but no doubt.. the few hours spent with my PJ is still the best gift.. =)

Been having a very hectic month in January and February!! The OT's and weekends I spent in the office.. as well as the ACCA lessons I've been attending.. it's really not easy to handle between both work and studies.. most of the time committed to work due to datelines.. wish I have the time to sit down and at least concentrate on my studies.. so many tax rules to remember.. still points down to time management..

Work was actually still fine until this little esiotrot came along.. the din it made with its phone calls was kinda unbearable and irritating.. that uncouth words it used in its conversation was kinda agitating but I'm still tolerable with that.. showed no respect for pple.. till the day it used those unrespectful words to me or other pple again..

My Chinese New Year break was still fine.. that usual gathering with my small group of relatives.. the mahjong sessions were so loved.. that's my addiction.. and had a nice Sunday evening out at the Merlion.. wish time could stop but apparently it won't.. met up with my sec sch frens and teachers at their house too.. well.. unfortunately had a dog bite on my hand.. currently healing from it..

It's the end of February.. and the beginning of March.. the thought of turning 25 years old in a few days time make me feel so old.. yet I'm still in my early years of career and still a student.. there's still so many things to learn and to achieve.. hopefully everything will get better.. will continue to work hard and keep a positive mindset.. most importantly.. to stay happy.. nitez..

After a week long of training, it's finally the weekends!! organised a dinner for us assistants after training.. supposedly to be dining at Soup Restaurant at Suntec.. but somehow.. there was this little discussion going on and we ended up at Center Point's Ichiban Boshi.. also not bad la.. at least it's a big gathering.. though there were some of them who missed the fun and laughters.. well.. next time den.. =)

ATIC trip 10-111009

Had a wonderful weekend at our company's ATIC trip (it's a week ago). Quite a big group of 90+ pple went for this.. ranging from the partners to the newly joined assistants like me.. It really requires a lot of effort to organise it.. so credits to the committee!

Day 1
Reached Changi Point Ferry Terminal at around 9.. woke up damn early.. start my pics taking before boarding up the ferry.. it rained quite heavy halfway during the boat ride.. experienced some choppy waves along the way.. was hoping for some dramatic overturn though.. it will be quite exciting! =D

Had a treasure hunt game.. followed by bonding games (float fight on soapy mat.. volleyball with water balloons.. tug of war on soapy mat as well.. and somehow a catching game).. after these we (new assistants) as well as both our HR & MD joined us in our water polo game.. quite strenuous and tiring chasing for the ball in the pool.. a number of us suffered from calf cramps as we didn't conduct our proper warm ups.. after washing up.. we had dinner and then a 'Forget Your Lyrics' session.. after this we had our own private ktv session in the function room.. switched to the pub which closed at 1am (Sianess). Slept early after a tiring day..

Day 2
Had our breakfast and went to play blackjack with the guys.. left for lunch at this Jade Restoran.. their food is just so nice.. especially their seafood.. there was fresh fish.. crabs.. baby lobster.. scallop etc.. nice.. after lunch we headed to the Desaru fruit farm.. walked the farm.. had a fruit feast there.. after everything.. all left for home.. had a long long journey home...

Quite a boring week.. nv got to watch f1 on the weekends.. was standing in for VT on Sat for this tagging thing in the company from morning till afternoon... tot can have some dinner or wat after work but everyone seemed so restless.. most of us went home without dinner.. =.=z

Being handed a new compilation job to do.. actually wasnt quite sure or wat i was supposed to do.. so may need to take some time to complete it.. 2ml going JE for cash count thingie.. afternoon going client place... Guess whoever reading this is gonna falling asleep.. lol.. but this is audit life!! so far hasnt been working for long hours.. have been leaving around 6 plus (got pple complaining waiting for me quite some time before we can go off.. lol =.=z) sooner or later.. i will be staying in office slogging.. in months to come..

Had dinner with VT.. walked from PS to Central.. to Cine.. den to Ion.. cant find any nice mug to bring to office for my personal usage.. we both got tired at around 8.30 and left for home.. wonder if age is catching up with me.. or I'm just tired from work.. or I lack of sleep.. well.. I'm just tired perhaps.. but at least.. there's some quality time spent after work.. shall dig out more quality time in future!! =)

3rd week in CLSF.. life's getting much busier there.. going to and fro to client's place.. no internet access there.. making my life worse.. onli work.. no msn.. can die.. still got quite a number of things to do.. this is the first time i worked with more than 10 files being strewn around me.. so far the clients i meet are still fine.. haven really met those nasty ones.. but maybe some other day.. long weekends are here.. so will try to find enjoyment.. mahjong tonight.. =)

Been my first few days in CLSF.. I like the environment and the interaction with my colleagues there.. though didnt really get to know all but that shall happen in time to come.. training was quite alright though it tends to get dry and boring at a certain period.. can see that everyone was struggling to keep awake.. but at least it allows us to get an overview of how our audit job will be like.. many things for us to learn.. concepts are almost the same as what we studied in school.. but it is definitely much more in depth.. 2 more days of training to come before our on job training.. no more honeymoon week soon.. =(

Went Queensway with WayChieh & Pang to buy shirts.. but didnt realli see ani that is suitable for a more corporate image.. some are really nice though.. went over to Anchor Point's G2000 where my bro said it's the factory outlet.. and the shirts are selling at much cheaper price den the usual outlets.. bought 2 shirts and 1 polo t-shirt.. =)

Went back to queensway to walk another round before travelling to Jalan Masjid in the East side.. Weijie suggested us to order this mee sua which is realli quite nice.. especially the soup! after dis we went over to Geylang's Yong He and had the dou jiang you tiao.. the last time i came over was like 3 years ago?? damn long!! and it's shifted from lor 7 to 27.. still like their you tiao.. very nice.. went home after that.. nice evening =)

CLSF finalli called to inform me of being shortlisted!! will be travelling down to Wilkie Edge to sign the contract on Tues morning.. 2 years bond.. but at least i finally got the chance to experience how the audit process will be like!! =D so happy!!! sad though coz i will be leaving TEPL where I've got to know colleagues who have taught me quite a number of things there.. but well.. who knows I may go back in future again?? lol..

Went Newton to have late dinner with Jun, Pang, Bryan & KJ.. been a few years since I went there.. so many stalls.. but it seems most are selling the same.. ordered quite many plates.. Hokkien mee.. satays.. stingray.. fried carrot cake & oyster omelette.. chicken wings.. kailan vege (do not order this from them in future).. had our usual crap conversation.. and of course most of the jokes being directed at me... (NORMAL LAAAAAA....) seems like the 5 of us became restless by 11plus.. tired from work.. miss the EPL and mahjong sessions we had at kj house during the weekends.. Pang will be flying off to Denmark on wed.. wish him an enjoyable trip there!!

Been almost a month since I've updated my posts.. been kinda desperate to look for jobs.. been 1.5 months.. frens tell me to be patient in finding.. laobu leh? kb say i nv find.. been kinda disappointed that I received no calls from audit firms.. and for those agencies.. so far only Recruit Express called.. is da job market dat jialat?? sian..

Had quite a few activities during this period of jobs hunting.. went out for tim sum buffet at yamcha with WenSheng.. and frens.. watched movies e.g Transformers.. Ghosts of Girlfriends Past.. Ice Age 3.. swimming.. badminton.. mahjong.. bowling.. ktv.. having suppers.. it is a good relaxing life.. but not when I'm jobless.. zzz

A boring friday.. if not because of Mr V's appointment.. we could have been happily playing mahjong at my house.. so me, Joyce and Dom decided to go for the Suntec Kbox.. actually wanted to bowl.. but i guess there wun be that much time.. met at city hall at around 5plus.. and Mr V met us dere.. walked past the war memorial (or watever it is called.. i've forgotten..)

Walked a round around the restaurants and somehow went in Soup Restaurant for dinner.. actually wanted a cheap dinner but somehow we juz agreed to eat here.. hurhur.. the Samsui chicken rocks..... with the garlic sauce.. *drools*.. went to slck around at fountain of wealth a while before going off to Kbox

Went Kbox for our singing session... been very very very long since i last went ktv.. although itz onli 3 hours.. but we finally had chance to go.. didnt manage to jio many pple yesterday but will do so for the next session..

Had a BBQ at JinWee's condo in the evening.. met Melvin before that to go for a swim there.. dammit la.. my legs simply ache from friday's soccer.. i cant swim as much laps as before.. =.=z so we swam a few laps and chatted in the pool.. saw a damn pretty english babe... woohooo....... xD

Set up the fire and the bbq started as more of us guys arrived.. ate and chatted throughout.. there was alcohol too.. after eating 5 of us went to the poolside and drank.. went into the waters again.. together with the highess from drinking.. shuang.. until someone vomit =.=z gotta clear up dat mess..

Met Miri a while.. walked one round wif her and her cute little maltese bitch.. chatted with rest a while more and then cabbed to my home.. bought 6 cans of beer and drank with ah pang.. failed to make Vincent vomit eh.. shall do it next time.. played PES on PS2 all the way until morning.. slept less den 2 hours... knn sibei sian la.. whole day stay at home nothing to do... zzz sleeping soon..

Finally.. i can spend some time to update!! Been in sch studying with my frens.. finally most pple had graduated today.. i'm still left wif my last paper on 3rd June!! the papers i took had been much harder than the previous years.. i wonder how well i'll do.. but i noe i've already done wat i should do..

Just cant wait for 3rd June to come!!! Buffet dinner to come.. mahjong.. soccer.. swimming.. ktv.. movies.. shopping.. meet-ups blah blah blah.. not to forget finding job also!! i am gonna graduate soon!! in few days time though.. =.= so happi...... heee.. but sad huh.. gotta leave the school after 3 years.. made many nice frens here.. after grad.. each will lead their own lives.. lesser time to meet up.. gonna miss my 2.12 table.. miss the playground..

Had my 24th bday mini celebration on monday with my og group and some other frens after my VSA paper.. and on tues the actual day had a bbq buffet at bugis.. Thanks to all who had wish me!! appreciated it!! =)

Was having a super long day 2day.. morning had a networking session.. companies other den KPMG & Bloomberg & maybe SMRT.. da rest is kinda cui la... and kinda sad dat KPMG is onli open to recruitment for 2010.. so.. well.. see how.. went to Suntec job fair.. also cuiiiiiiii... companies were like those selling insurance.. land banking.. army.. civil servant jobs.. wah lao... dun even have accounts firm.. cuiiii.. after dat went for da food fair thing and den for coffee wif da rest.. bought 3 shirts from G2000.. 1 wif cufflinks for $39.. another 2 at $9 each.. cheap sales.. pamper myself!!

Went to this SMU seminar for a talk.. the beginning of the talk is still okie.. until i realise itz juz another insurance recruitment drive.. ganna scammed.. but nvm.. had 2 GV ticket vouchers after the seminar.. Had dinner at Aston.. den went to play arcade a while b4 cabbing home.. kinda cui day.. but well.. a break of my studies.. 2ml will be having a bbq wif my frens.. shall be studying in sch..

I'm out of da dreaded Gedong camp finally!!! 1st day go in briefing here briefing there.. 2day was like studying on my bed and even sleeping off.. and when i finally got approval for out-process.. i was like waiting for CO around his office till i saw him around 3pm.. got interviewed by him.. he keep wanting me to stay.. but i've already set my mind to leave.. for several reasons.. I dun have time to study for my VSA.. i need to have some time to do some readings on some of the companies included in the networking session.. i duno ani of the pple there.. and i'm the youngest of all there.. i've got no appointment there.. i am pes c2l2.. having ATEC1 on my bday.. blahblah.. the benefits of deferment outweighed all these.. aniway feeling much better now.. at least not depressed as in the camp!!

Shall be back to study tml in sch!! =D

Haven been updating my blog for some time.. been busy catching up with my sch stuffs.. so i guess i will have to miss out on a few events dat i have during those periods.. shall update a brief one though.. study routine has started once again.. 9am - 9pm and maybe later.. of coz in between will be including chating with frens.. walking around.. taking toilet breaks.. haha..

Some things juz happen.. just want to rant.. 1stly.. F*** the armi.. 2ndly.. F*** the armi.. 3rdly?? Same.. F*** the armi... no matter how much i tried to defer my ICT to later date.. yet my unit so called in charge carrying rejecting and giving me noob and crap reasons.. I'm having my prelims mind them!! they are juz so selfish.. i could have used those 2 weeks to study my final exams stuffs.. i hate the feeling of wearing that bloody ugly green uniform going for watever crap training.. totally useless and impractical.. moreever i'm da youngest and newly posted dere.. all the old birds around.. knn.. somemore my bday dat day is gonna be atec1.. wah lao.. damn bloody depressing... juz.. F*** the armi...

A very very very nice movie not to be missed.. still thinking of those Machine Gun punches that he threw on the Japanese. Godly fast.. if got chance i'll do it on some idiotic pig.. lol.. =D

Me & WeiYang is actualli like ranting about wat to do during xmas eve.. i met wif zhuzhu first to watch Yes Man at cine.. while he met up wif his fren at Marina Square.. movie was quite funny.. it has got that xmas atmosphere..

After movie travelled to meet him.. his fren gotta leave in a while.. so left 3 of us.. actualli we were hesitating whether to watch a movie.. but we were left with lousy seats.. so we drove around ChinaTown to search for ktv.. in da end when zhuzhu said she need to leave around 1 plus juz becoz she forgot her keys.. so we fetched her back in Yishun den to his home to change to pants den we went down to town to fetch MinMin & Vivien.. Traffic was just so bad..

Went over to St James.. saw Steven there.. he intro-ed dis 2 frens to us.. i tot itz normal juz to intro frens to us.. but once dat 2 guys tagged along wif us.. that is abnormal.. where got pple so buay paiseh liddat follow us somemore.. it's not a while.. itz like throughout the whole nite la..=.= even when i went to find Wyne and returned back they were still dere.. realli buay paiseh.. very very wrong to hook up pple in such a way though.. esp one who is like portraying himself as an egoist or a player or watever.. aniway heck care dat.. over to da pics.. few pics though..

Finally X'mas is coming!! Went town to get a pressie for the evening's mismatch party as well as 1 for Alicia whom i'll be meeting in a while later.. poor thing need to work till night on dat day.. went to her store to find her.. passed her da pressie and chatted a while before going off..

Travelled to YuanWei house.. took quite a long time there.. and i walked 2 bus-stops after realising that i alighted at the wrong place.. =.=z went into the clubhouse and kinda stunned to see so many food.. there was Ghim's nuggets and wings.. YuanWei's maid's popiah and curry chicken.. MinMin's sandwiches.. her bf's fried rice.. den still got beehoon.. cheese chicken (watever).. oreo cheesecake.. desert.. and of coz not to mention dat (OMG) Choc Fondue from YanTing!!! =D

Aniway it's a mismatch party.. so we would have to mismatch our dressing in weird ones.. that other pple will think that u were one madman on the loose if you were in that costume.. itz quite fun!! see our own frens in weird dressings.. haha.. let the photos do the talking!!!

Went to Waraku to celebrate WeiYang's belated birthday.. got a choc cake for him den meet him there.. serving there quite little.. but still not bad.. not realli fulling though..

After dat we went to some icecream shop at citylink dere.. quite nice.. and listened to some Xmas carols there before going home.. had a lift in YuSheng's car.. everytime we meet on fri we will have lotsa things to chat about.. even during lessons we will chat all da way till lessons end.. haha.. gonna end it here.. i'm lazy to type =P

Feel like blogging today.. been quite a tiring period.. finalli stopped working.. been soooo tiring lor.. having to juggle between both.. everytime after work will have to travel so long to sch.. and most of da time during lessons i'll be sleeping.. gosh.. a waste of time.. but at least now got much more time to focus on my studies.. gotta catch up wat i've been missing in lessons!! though i kinda miss the environment there..

also recently.. duno why da hell someone is impersonating me.. this is intrusion of privacy.. not only to me but also to my friends.. so sorry to my frens dat my frenster account is hacked and deleted.. gotta recreate another one.. so gotta trouble everyone to accept me back.. to the one out there.. i noe u are reading this.. and probably smirking behind your computer.. but i guess that's a waste ur time and perhaps get back to ur studies rather than engaging in such childish cyber activities.. just grow up.. u want to hate me den u shall live with your hatred.. you want to backstab or badmouth me? so be it.. you're juz a loser.. well.. shall let karma deal with you and i get on with my life..

got to play soccer with my sec sch friends!!! been sooooo long since we got to play together.. some were having exams.. some were busying pator-ing especially one.. dua anniversary today.. haha.. hiong.. went to somemore in bukit batok for soccer.. played other teams while waiting for some of us to come.. but the lights aren't on at nite as the neighbourhood pple arnt happy to get disrupted by the balls ramming hard into the walls.. or the shoutings of the players and onlookers.. how ironical.. players like us have a passion to play soccer yet there's a street soccer court which we cant even play in da evening where most of the pple have much more free time.. singaporeans are just selfish individuals..

squeezed into ZhengDe's Wish to find another court elsewhere with lights.. wonder how come we were joking about 10 men squeezing into his car.. but that's the joke.. itz a Wish not a bigger Estima.. i guess some onlookers will be amazed how we managed to do that.. but itz juz funny.. still we cant find a court so juz settled down for dinner.. after dinner went lot 1 and watched Body of Lies wif Jun.. a very nice movie on Anti Terrorism.. i simply like such movies on Intelligence!! kinda lazy to put the trailers though.. but i recommend everyone to watch!!

Oh ya.. was happi that i finally got my Braun Buffel wallet after so many weeks of waiting!!! finally i can throw my old wallet which i had to endure with it for those weeks while waiting for my this BB wallet to come!! =D was quite lucky about some thing.. tot i had lost my IC.. i even went to the NPP but was told to go ICA to report.. so well.. no choice.. but the next day and on da last day of work.. i juz happened to find it between my scanner printer!! so lucky la.. and i realised after i told Jaslyn about it!! so i called her the lucky charm!! =D

Nothing special though.. but i kinda like it!!
